Emily has owned and operated ERA, a fully private pay group practice, for over 6 years. She prides herself on always running her practice ethically and values-first. Emily is in favor of W2 over 1099, treating people really well, empathy, and sustainability. She's neurodivergent and has some chronic health issues and has had to adjust her expectations of herself in business ownership in respect to these facts about herself. Now she helps other business owners do the same.
